Shipping Policy

We ship orders from the United States. Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on the products in your order and the destination.

United States shipping

Eligible U.S. subscription orders receive free standard shipping. Other eligible U.S. orders of $99 or more receive free standard shipping. For orders below $99, calculated USPS rates may be available, including Ground Advantage, First-Class, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express, depending on the order and destination.

International shipping

Shipping to selected international destinations may be available through DHL Express at calculated rates shown at checkout. The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other destination charges unless checkout states otherwise.

Refrigerated or special-handling products

Products requiring refrigeration or special handling may have different shipping methods, rates, destination restrictions, and delivery timelines. The applicable options will be shown at checkout.

Processing and tracking

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Processing and carrier delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by weekends, holidays, weather, carrier delays, product availability, or destination restrictions. When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with the order.

Addresses, delays, and delivery issues

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer. If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or appears lost in transit, contact store@gladdenlongevity.com promptly with your order number and supporting details so we can investigate.
